How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will notify you immediately. You will receive an automated confirmation via email or SMS (depending on the contact details you provided at checkout).

This notification usually contains a tracking number and a link to our courier’s website, allowing you to monitor the progress of your parcel from our door to yours.

How long does delivery take?

We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:

  • UK Mainland (England & Wales):

    Once you receive your dispatch notification, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 1–2 working days. We partner with premium couriers (such as DPD) to aim for next-day delivery on the majority of orders dispatched to England and Wales.

  • International Orders:

    For customers shopping from outside the UK, please allow between 7–10 working days for delivery, depending on the destination country and local customs processing.

Important Note regarding Lost Items: While rare, delays can occur. In accordance with courier policies, we must allow a period of 15 working days from the dispatch date before a parcel can be officially classified as "lost" or "stolen" in transit. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Is Next Day Delivery available?

Yes, we offer an expedited Next Day Delivery service for urgent orders.

  • Cut-off Time: Your order must be placed before 3:00 PM on a working day (Monday–Friday).

  • Availability: This service is subject to stock availability and is strictly limited to delivery addresses within the UK.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery window and you have already received a dispatch confirmation, please perform the following checks before contacting customer support. This often helps locate parcels that have been delivered nearby:

  1. Check with Neighbours: Couriers often leave parcels with a next-door neighbour if you aren't home.

  2. Check with Household Members: Verify if another resident at your property accepted the parcel on your behalf.

  3. Check "Safe Places": Look in common safe spots where a driver might have secured the package (e.g., inside a porch, behind a bin, in a shed, or a meter box).

  4. Verify Your Details: Review your order confirmation email to ensure the shipping address provided was correct and complete.
